• Room rates for the Ogunquit Maine Accommodations are for single and double occupancy. Extra person in room is an additional $25.00.


• A deposit equal to the first night's rate plus tax is necessary to hold a reservation. Although we prefer to receive a deposit by check we do accept VISA, Master Card and Discover credit cards as well as debit cards.


• If you are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know.


• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will guarantee a refund of deposit less a $20.00 fee. Refund for a cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival will be made, less $20.00 fee, if the room is rented for the nights originally reserved.


• Rooms are non-smoking


• Rates are subject to change and do not reflect 7% Maine Lodging tax.


• Check-In between noon and 9:00pm. Please make arrangements for arrival after 9:00pm.


• Check-out at 10:00am.
